The company

Catalogue, prices & stock

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). No VAT is charged (Eurovolt (Pvt) Ltd is not VAT-registered).
• Stock levels and prices shown are live but not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; obvious pricing errors may be corrected and the order cancelled with a full refund of any amount paid.
• Items marked "Price on request" are quoted individually before any payment.
• Some items are sold as reconditioned / tested pulls and are clearly labelled as such; they are tested before dispatch.
• Product photos are of the actual item type; minor manufacturer revisions (markings, date codes) can vary.

Placing an order & payment windows

An order reserves stock once placed and is confirmed when payment is received. Unpaid orders are released automatically:

• Online payment (card / wallet): complete payment within 60 minutes.
• Bank transfer: transfer within 48 hours using your invoice number as the reference, then upload your payment slip on the order page or send it on WhatsApp.
• Pay at pickup: your reservation is held for 48 hours at the showroom.

Payment methods

We accept direct bank transfer to our company account, cash or card at pickup at the Pannipitiya showroom, and card & mobile-wallet payments processed by PayHere, Sri Lanka's certified payment gateway. Card details are handled entirely on PayHere's secure systems — we never see or store your card number. See How to pay.

Getting your order

• Island-wide courier delivery at a flat Rs 450, dispatched after payment is confirmed; typical delivery is 1–4 working days depending on your district.
• Free store pickup from our Pannipitiya showroom during opening hours (daily 9:00–17:30).
• Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number; re-delivery caused by incorrect details may incur an extra courier fee. See Delivery information.

Return & refund policy

All sales are final for change of mind. Verified dead-on-arrival, wrong-item or transit-damage claims reported within 7 days are resolved with a replacement, or a refund where a replacement isn't available. The full policy is at Return & refund policy. Where a product page states a specific warranty, it applies to that product.

Electronic components notice

Our products are electronic components and maker equipment intended for people comfortable working with electronics. You are responsible for verifying suitability for your application and for safe, correct installation (correct polarity, voltage, current and thermal limits). To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Eurovolt (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products; our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Guest checkout is available; if you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password private. How we collect, use and retain personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts. We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order applies. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
