Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is fully supported — just add items to your cart and check out. You can track any order later with your invoice number and phone. An account is optional and simply saves your address and order history.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page, enter your invoice number and the phone you ordered with, and you'll see the status timeline. Courier tracking appears under the "Shipped" step once we dispatch.

Payment
What payment methods can I use?
PayHere for instant online payment — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, LankaQR and mobile wallets — or a direct bank transfer. There is no cash on delivery.
How does bank transfer work?
Choose "Bank transfer" at checkout, transfer the total within 24 hours, and use your invoice number as the reference. Upload your slip at checkout or send it on WhatsApp. We verify it and confirm your order. Unpaid bank-transfer orders auto-cancel after 24 hours.
Is there any VAT or hidden fee?
No. Eurovolt (Pvt) Ltd is not VAT-registered, so the price shown is the price you pay. The only extra is the flat Rs 450 delivery fee if you choose doorstep delivery.

Delivery & Pickup
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Doorstep delivery is a flat Rs 450 island-wide and typically arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch. We add manual courier tracking to your order.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes — store pickup is free at our Pannipitiya hub. Choose "Store pickup" at checkout and we'll hold your order once it's marked ready. Showroom hours: Every day · 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Orders are settled before dispatch — pay online via PayHere or by bank transfer within 24 hours.

Pre-order & out-of-stock notify
An item is out of stock — what can I do?
If the item is marked pre-orderable you can pre-order it and we'll fulfil it when it arrives. Otherwise, tap "Notify me" and we'll alert you the moment it's back in stock.
What's the difference between pre-order and notify-me?
A pre-order reserves your intent to buy (and may take payment per the product's terms). Notify-me just adds you to the alert list — no commitment — so you hear first when stock returns.

Request a part
You don't list the part I need. Can you source it?
Often, yes. Use the Request a Part page to send the details (model, specs, a link or photo). We check sourcing and send you a quotation by WhatsApp or email. Approve it and we'll order it in for you.

Warranty & returns
What is your return policy?
All sales are final — there is no refund flow. You may cancel an order before payment, but once payment is captured it isn't returned. Please review your cart carefully before paying.
What if an item arrives dead-on-arrival?
If something arrives faulty out of the box, contact us right away on WhatsApp 0775252211 with your invoice number and a photo or video, and we'll make it right.

What is LOT.rent?
LOT.rent is our companion borrowing library — a completely separate platform with its own rental stock, run on its own infrastructure. It's the place to borrow a tool or board instead of buying it. It is not connected to this store and shares no inventory.
